How do I report a problem with a listing?

Last modified: October, 27 2026

If a listing has wrong details, shouldn’t be in the directory, or needs its feed changed, use the report link. You need to be logged in.

  1. Open the show’s page in the directory.
  2. Click Report an issue with this listing at the bottom of the page.
  3. Choose the reason that fits best, add details if you can, and submit. Our team reviews every report.

Which reason should I choose?

  • Not actually Canadian: the show doesn’t meet the Canadian requirements.
  • Objectionable content: the show or its listing contains content that shouldn’t be here.
  • Inaccurate information: something on the listing is wrong, such as a credit, a name or a description.
  • Duplicate or fake listing: the show is listed more than once, or isn’t a real show.
  • Feed URL needs updating: the show moved hosts and the listing still points at the old feed. Owners can usually change this themselves; see the feed change FAQ. Otherwise, put the new feed URL in the details.
  • Other: anything else.

Reports are for problems with a listing. For questions about your own account or nominations, see the other FAQs first.
