How do I remove someone from my podcast’s credits?

Last modified: October, 27 2026

Credits on your listing come from two places, and each is changed in a different spot. Which one applies depends on where the name came from.

1. People from your RSS feed

Names listed in your feed’s people or credits section at your podcast host can’t be deleted on our site. We would only pick them up again the next time we check your feed.

  1. Log in to your podcast host and open the people, cast or credits settings for the show. Not every host has this, and some call it “Podcasting 2.0” or “Persons”.
  2. Remove the person and save.
  3. Give us a few days. When the name is gone from your feed, it comes off your listing.

2. Team members added on our site

Team members you added yourself, and people who verified their own account on the show, are managed on our site, not in your feed. If someone left the show, you don’t have to remove them. Set an end date on their credit instead, so the listing shows when they were part of the team.

Not sure which one it is, or can’t change it?

Log in, open your show’s page in the directory and use the Report an issue with this listing link at the bottom. Choose “Inaccurate information” and tell us who should be removed or changed.
